FAQ
Why do I see a "Network Issues" label in the multiplayer lobby window?
If a network error or connection issue is detected,
the Network Issues label will be displayed in the multiplayer lobby window.
Multiplayer game disconnects even though my connection is stable. What should I do?
Some players may experience unstable connections to the game servers.
You may notice:
- high ping (delay)
- packet loss
- frequent disconnections
- trouble connecting
In most cases, your device and the game are working correctly. The issue is usually related to the internet route between your network and the game server.
The app includes a built-in server test. It checks available servers and measures connection stability, packet loss, and ping. The best server is chosen and set automatically.
If no reliable route is found, a connection warning is shown.
If the problem persists, try:
- switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data
- using a VPN
A VPN does not change the game server. It can use a better network path to reach it.
How to report a connection problem?
Run the in-app server test and copy the connection test log.
When contacting support on Discord, include:
- the copied test log
- country
This information helps identify region-specific routing issues.
